Garden / House Renovations
Do not trust a word Lee Garvey say's he is the most untrustworthy person I have ever met he has defrauded my elderly mother with dementia and heart failure out of her life savings approx £15000 and has not completed any of the work he even managed to get her to hand over an extra £3000 on top to finish the garden in advance so he could buy a new van to get here to finish the work. A* star building company! Simply magnificent
I had Lee and his team work on 14 apartments for a refurbishment. The work was simply amazing. They did everything from painting, flooring, electrical and gas works. Had the building completed within weeks. They also help with the fire risk assessment. Excellent workmanship. Attention to detail and went above and beyond. Cloakroom extension
Do not use this company. The first two weeks they turned up early in the morning and made a good start. They organised the brickies and the tiler (all good). All completed and signed off. Now the bad part after many promises of coming back to complete they have never turned up, we are 4 weeks on. We paid the majority of the money, they wanted a lot up front, kept adding on extras, we paid £19,000 for a building which is still not completed. Renewing an old bay window
Lee, Dan and the team were helpful, efficient and friendly. They did the work as requested but also extra jobs that they saw needed to be done e.G. Creating new windows
