Our patio installation resulted in stones moving and chipping. L&S offered no resolution to the problems and claimed the stones were not natural and not suitable for an outdoor use. We contacted the manufacturer and were assured the slabs are a natural sandstone and can be used outdoors. We also obtained installation instructions which revealed that joint and slurry primer were missing. L&S ordered the stones over 3 weeks prior to the installation and have not mentioned any concerns regarding composition or compatibility. L&S showed no willingness to rectify or refund a job done incorrectly.

L&S have been superb through the whole process providing good insight during the planning and then following that up with quality work when completing the works. I found it really easy to work with Mark, Chris and Ollie who were helpful, friendly and very professional - I'll definitely be recommending them to friends and using them again personally if needed!
