Gained access to the property, checked existing lock and found a fault, then gave me two options, replace the handles (for standard handles) or fit a new lock. He gave me a price for each option, I chose the handle option and the work was carried out. A fine job and very nice individual.

Front door lock needed to be changed due to key stuck in lock. The engineer attended within the hour and changed our lock in no time! Would highly recommend!

Called out L&S after I was locked out of my property due to my door lock being faulty. They were with me in quick time and helpful, friendly and polite. They unlocked the door for me and even had the parts ready to fit a new lock which is what I had asked them about during the initial phone call. I really liked that I never felt pressured to have a new lock or any additional services. I would definitely call them again if I needed any other locksmith services!
