He was not at all put off by what turned out to be quite a big job in the end, with additional problems. He turned up on time, did an excellent job and helped with a boiler issue too. Thoroughly recommend him. I will be getting him back to do another job in the autumn.

New thermostats fitted and followed by a complete and thorough system flush. A very professional team who kept everywhere tidy throughout the two days that the work took to complete. We are so pleased with our new boiler system and would not hesitate to recommend L&W Heating.

Initially the visit was to assess the job, however, I explained that as we had no running water and my daughter is seriously ill Steve said he would do the repair there and then. I was so glad that he managed to do the job within a reasonable time and showed compassion for the situation. All was cleared away and tidied before he left. Well done to Steve and L&W x
