Very impressed with the quality of the work carried out by Jack. He came earlier than the allocated time but contacted me to make sure this was ok. He communicated me throughout and showed me the section on pipe that was causing the leak. He was tidy and didn't leave any mess or rubbish behind. I would definitely recommend Laney Property Services and intend to using them again.

Jack removed our old boiler and fitted a brand new one and serviced our water tank, plus fitted a new thermostat - all works were carried out to the highest standard and on time, would highly recommend.
