We were made aware of the missing certificate via an email sent by FENSA on 12 May at 12.40pm. We provided the information FENSA required by email at 16.32 on the same day. FENSA sent the information they needed to issue to the Local Authority on 14 May. The certificate was issued by FENSA to the customer on 16 May. Despite a clear initial problem, as the certificate should have been sent after the time of install, we believe we have acted in a timely manner to resolve this issue, and are saddened to have a negative review after only 4 working days, during which the matter was being resolved (albeit behind the scenes at FENSA's end which is something we have no control over).
