Lounge and Kitchen renovation
Nej and his team did a superb job in our flat. Both my partner and I are very happy with the friendliness, attention to detail and professionalism of every team member. External Facade Works
Brilliant team who spent time and effort to survey and quote for the works very promptly after I requested their services. The works were carried out very professionally with Nej on site managing and overseeing the works constantly. Building now looks as good as new! Amazing results - Nej is extremely professional and was attentive and helpful with any queries I had. Very easy to work with. He took the time to oversee and monitor the team carrying out the works and ensured all was left clean and tidy after completion. Highly recommend and will definitely be using Lann Developments for all future works.

Painting the outside of the house, window casements , front door and railings
The job was done thoroughly and cleanly and efficiently . Only concern was , the bill ! The job was horribly expensive . I knew it would be , but with the 10 yr guarantee for the painted walls , I thought it worth while .
