Single story extension
Working with Mark and Mike at lansdown has been really good experience so far. They make sure we kept informed through every step of the process and keep a good eye on all the work. We have had a number of challenges which we could not of identified prior to the work starting and they have taken it in their stride and are good at finding answers. Would certainly recommend to others

Refurbishment - new kitchen/added ensuite
The work is still underway but cannot describe how happy we are with the way things are going. There were a few changes made to the plan, as they always are during a large refurbishment. Mark and Mike have kept us informed every step of the way and made some great suggestion to help move the project forward. Very much looking forward to seeing the end result

Interior structural wall removed and suitable supports installed
It was Lansdowne's suggestion in the first place to remove the interior wall to create space and give us more light in our living area. The house has been transformed - we love it! Any building work is messy, dusty and disruptive but the disruption was kept to a minimum and we struck up a good relationship with the builders who kept us informed of progress and took on board our last-minute changes to some of the details (lighting etc). Would highly recommend them.
