    Small flat redecoration

One bed flat overhaul/redecoration, Walls, ceilings, furniture and radiators painting and kitchen retiling. Overall a disappointing experience on what could have been an excellent project. I paid for, was promised and expected a premium service and felt this fell short of being such.

    Responsive and efficient

From start to finish, Anton was helpful and informative but most of all very responsive, making arrangements quickly and efficiently. The team got the job finished in record time to a great standard. Will use again!

    Great local property maintenance team

Anton and his team did an excellent job, installing insulation in my bathroom and roof room, repairing damp patches and doing an internal repaint. Would highly recommend Lanton Property Services.

Carpentry prep work prior to carpet fitting

Friendly and prompt service, took an interest in our property and as well as scoping and doing the necessary work on time and within budget also proactively engaged with us on other jobs which needed doing and provided thoughts and expertise as well as willingness to help. Very satisfied with their support.

    Professional, reliable and high quality.

I’m really pleased with the work, Anton and the team carried out on my flat. The team was professional, arrived on time, kept me informed throughout the job, and left everything clean and tidy. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and I’m very happy with the finished result. I’d happily recommend them to anyone.

I’m Anton Sullivan and I’m the owner of AMS decorating, a family run business based just outside Brighton. After many years of decorating for other companies, I decided to open up AMS Decorating in 2018.

We offer

  • A virtually dust-free decorating service, with state-of-the-art sanding equipment.
  • We only use waterbased paints indoors for less small, quicker drying times, non-yellowing, and far more environmentally friendly
  • Free estimates and a comprehensive breakdown of specific works along with a plan and time frame.

The cliche to decorating is "it's all in the preparation" this is very true but using the right products for the right tasks is also key and instrumental to a long-lasting finish. My superpower is knowing the product for the job, whether you want super durable paint on the walls or scuff-proof skirting boards, I will have the right product for you.

Projects we love

  • Complete interior redecorations
  • Complete exterior redecoration covering the masonry to the metal.
  • Door, window, skirting, walls repairs with painting.
  • Feature walls
  • Wallpapering
  • Glasslike front doors
