    Luke arrived at the time promised and completed the work on schedule. The tiles are 2ft square and the concrete floor was part original and part later extension and was a few mm out of level. To ensure a perfect finish he spread leveling compound to fill hollows and ground down humps. The walls were not exactly square so he had to carefully plan the tile layout to give the best appearance to the finished floor. The end result was faultless. I had presented Luke with a few problems but he gave me nothing but answers and helped solve what to me seemed real difficulties at no extra cost.
