  Disappointed

  Initially I was pleased with the gate erected by Matthew but the after service was extremely disappointing. The gate developed 2 faults on 2 different occasions: despite promising to attend on both occasions he did not attend. Nor did he respond to emails or phone calls

  Hello Jenny, Sorry you have felt this way. I can only apologise for this, as you can see from previous comments this is not the normal case. In regards to the first fault I tryed to arrange a date but unfortunately couldn’t get round straight away. So neghbour put a nail in. The second one I said I would sort out for you even tho you said wasn’t sure if was covered as been a while. I can appreciate the inconvenience this has caused and can only apologise, we try our best to provide a excellent service from start to finnish including after sales, as such we have many happy repeat custom

  Fencing Repair / Replacement

  replace 4 fence panels and repair one post. Take down an existing shed

  Mathew and his partner, came and gave us a quote which was very reasonable. They arrived on time to carry out the work. They were both very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend them in a heartbeat

  Replacing fences

  Matthew and his team were brillant throughout: fair quote and advice when he came to see the work, arrival on site bang on time on the agreed date, prompt completion of the work and left the site completely clear of any waste. Strongly recommend Matthew.

  Replace one side and rear fence and gate damaged by wind

  There were a couple of last minute cancellatioins on the day due to supplier not having received materials on time and freezing weather conditions making it impractical to install concrete. Once the work did go ahead the quality was excellent. All the old panels and posts were cleared out and taken away. New posts, panel and gate installation look very sturdy, neat and tidy. Very pleased with the end result. Note - damaged panel on right side in photo belongs to neighbour and wasn't part of the work.
