Communication was great from initial contact, to coming round to check the job, to turning up and doing the work. James was very knowledgeable, polite and reliable. All debris was taken away. I was very happy with the price and the outcome was well worth the money. I would definitely recommend Lasting Impressions.

Highly recommend Lasting Impression! They did a fantastic job extending my patio and relaying my garden. The workmanship was excellent, they were professional, reliable, and kept everything tidy throughout the project. Michael was great throughout from quoting to completion. He came out quickly to quote, didn't put any pressure on and was happy to answer any queries. He was very reasonably priced too. The work started earlier than expected and ran smoothly throughout. His team were all friendly and helpful. I contacted him about some minor snagging at the end and Michael made sure this was rectified to a high standard the next day and then everything was left tidy. Very happy with our new patio and paths next to the drive. Would highly recommend!

From the initial quote through to the end of the work the team did an amazing job - even in the heat wave. Very considerate, on time and left everything clean and tidy. Included full digging up of the current driveway, flattening to one level, block paving and a concealed manhole cover.

James and Michael arrived bang on time, explained what they would do and then got on with the work, removing three conifers and then cleaning up after themselves. Many thanks lads…

absolutely excellent from start to finish. it's rare to get tradespeople who communicate this well. They fit our job in with very short notice. they let me know their ETA every morning and we're always there slightly before. Work complete to a high level, original budget and within original time given. would absolutely recommend, and have already done to my parents. I will be getting them back for other jobs no doubt.
