After render applied Delroy said he would come back once the scaffold was removed to clean up and fill any bare patches. He never did come back and I'm left with unfinished edges to the render, and cement splashes all over the lower brickwork and to neighbours property. He kept saying he will be round next week but never did, then stopped answering calls and emails. This after I paid him in full plus an extra £500 because he underestimated the materials required. Now got to find somebody to tidy his mess, a job I've already paid him for.

Having given a deposit work was started. Another payment was requested after some work had been done. The plasterer then didn’t reappear and didn’t respond to messages. We then spoke to him and was told it had been delayed due to rain and other commitments but would restart ASAP. After several weeks of inactivity we contacted him again and was told he couldn’t finish the job as he couldn’t find anyone to help him. We gave him a further week but he said he couldn’t find anyone so couldn’t finish the job ! We are left with a large scaffolding bill and an unfinished job

Delroy literally came to the rescue after a plasterer I had booked let me down. Really happy with the job, I will definitely be recommending to friends and call Delroy for future work.

Delroy and Bill did a wonderful job with coloured rendering of external walls and dormer cheeks using a Weber product that I had chosen some years ago but was past its sell-by date and with which they were unfamiliar. Without complaint and by using imagination they were able to make it work. Delroy and Bill were punctilious with their preparation, protecting adjacent surfaces and cleaning up.

Delroy was very organised, friendly and tidy. He re- plastered my daughters bedroom wall which was damaged after a large pin board was removed. He gave excellent advice and finished plastering the wall with a clean, smooth result. Excellent all round service.
