  Corrected the issue, but caused property damage

  I have mixed feelings. They fitted a new shower thermostatic mixer, which works perfectly. However, the care taken with my home was lacking. When moving the shower enclosure, they didn't protect the floor, leaving deep scratches across 6 tiles. While fixing the original leak, they also warped the shower door, causing a new leak. I had to get the tiles replaced. To their credit, they paid for this, but only after I escalated the issue to Checkatrade. The plumbing was fine, but the property damage and hassle to get it sorted means I wouldn't recommend them.

  Replumbed cistern, replaced hot water cylinder, cleared blocked pipe.

  They were professional, helpful, friendly and kept us informed at every stage of the work. When doing the initial assessment they gave clear thoughts about what needed doing and why and what our options were. Even before accepting to go ahead, he tried to give us a temporary solution for the hot water.
