Had a very nice experience with this company as the staff were very accommodating and understanding of the pressures involved when buying a house for the first time. My report took 7 days to come and it was very helpful.I also spoke with the surveyor on the phone. Would recommend and have already done with a friend.

I have used Laurence Quilter twice and have been happy with them on both occasions. I will speak about the most recent occasion for this review. The survey was easy to arrange and I was happy with the quality of report. This was a different surveyor from last time but he was pleasant and we spoke after the report was delivered to understand things further.

In November of 2022 Laurence quilter surveyed a flat that I ended up buying, and I’m not the type that gives 1 stars, but like other one star reviews here, I’ll repeat the message, you’ve been warned! They started out professional, but when huge negligence was pointed out, they turned nasty immediately. I lost 4,500 as a result of hiring this company. Highly recommend anyone else!
