  Big job involving installating a gas boiler, 8 radiators, underfloor pipework on 2 floors - Stephen has been thoroughly professional, skilled and knowledgeable, amazingly precise and diligent with every aspect of the work, and also friendly, accommodating and thoughtful over what has been a week-long job. It was a massive job and could've been extremely disruptive, but Stephen worked around us, planned the work very smartly and was quick and methodical. He said to us it would be a big job but once he's done we wouldn't be able to tell he's been, and he was right! We've got a plumber for life!

  Gas safety check and radiator flush

  Stephen was very polite and professional, the check and radiator flush was done very efficiently and a couple of potential suggestions given for improvement of the heating. He found a gas leak in the meter outside and reported it for us ao an engineer could come out asap. Very happy with the service and will use again in future
