  Contacted Alex via check a trade. Alex promptly called me back. Once I explained the problem with the shower Alex requested if I could send him a photo of the shower. I sent a photo plus a video. Alex prompted called me back and text a message explaining how the issue could quickly be rectified. I was able to follow the instructions he sent and we have a working hot shower again. Many thanks to a honest genuine guy he could have easily have visited and charged me for the problem but no charge. Would definitely recommend and contact if we ever had an electrical problem. Thank you

• Replacing pull switch for electric shower

  Alex and his colleague were polite and friendly. They respected my property and removed shoes without me asking. They had the correct tools to carry out the work which they did quickly and efficiently. They were tidy and explained to me what had gone wrong with the original switch. I was very impressed by their workmanship, I'll certainly be using them again and recommend them to friends for any electrical work they need.

• Advice on an existing solar installation

  Alex was ultra swift in responding to my query regarding a possible fault with an 8 yeat old solar installation on a rented property. This advice was free and the problem did not require action. I was so pleased with Alex's professional and caring approach that, in the very near future, I shall be asking him to look after and service my own house and other properties that I rent out to tenants.

• Looking at faulty Electric Heating

  From the first point of contact Alex was excellent. He was helpful, polite and willing to make sure my elderly Mums heating was sorted on a weekend. He kept myself amd my Mum fully informed on what works he had carried out. My Mum was delighted and said Alex was a lovely man.   Had the pleasure of Alex carry out electrical works on my property. From the initial quote, which was very competitive, right through to completion it was an effortless process. • Investigate why shower was tripping the RCD and make repairs.

  Alex responded promptly to our request and our telephone messages and turned up on time on the date we agreed for the work to be done. He carried out tests and found faulty wiring left by a previous electrician. He rewired and re-tested everything before signing the work off and leaving us very happy with the job and a lot safer. I would not hesitate to use his services again should the need arise. A very positive, methodical and tidy worker.
