Terrible experience dealing with Gary Jackson Shrubshall
Unfortunately, the whole experience of dealing with Gary Jackson Shrubshall was dreadful. The company he traded under 'Lawn and Border Landscapes Ltd' was closed a few days after taking my deposit. He was excessively noisy, messy and has a severe lack of professionalism, time keeping, and his planning and work quality was extremely poor. He went missing after completing only 20% of my job. Complete garden renovation
Jack and his team were simply amazing. We had a complete garden redesign which included gutting our existing garden, installing 6 new sleeper vegetable boxes, laying a new patio and installing an artificial lawn. The team were organised, tidy and we were kept up to date with progress. We really admired Jack's attention to detail and this meant we could leave the team to work and know it would be completed to an extremely high standard. Jack was absolutely brilliant, he turned my tip of a garden into a beautiful sanctuary. I cannot recommend highly enough.
