The customer wasn’t happy with the fact we had to charge more due to 3 months passing instead of the agreed 3 weeks for regular maintenance. Job was carried out to a high standard and she was happy with the work just not the increase in price. We always price our work accordingly and by the job. Customer service is a huge part of my business and very sad to get this first negative review :(
