Laytoe team helped us to obtain full BC approval for a double-storey rear extension and also a loft even though the neighbours on both sides objected. Laytoe engineers are very friendly, hard working, polite team, have recently finished out loft conversion. Did a fantastic job the work carried out was to a very high standard nothing was to much trouble for Laytoe team, we changed are mind with a couple of things throughout the transformation and they were very understanding with this. I found Laytoe from word of mouth. Laytoe engineers were fantastic from start to finish; I wanted to quickly go for building approval of two internal walls which need to knock down. The team is friendly and fast to respond to my long list of questions, and the quote was very reasonable. The collection was arranged to suit my schedule and delivery was right on time. BC shortly passed the calculation package, and the drawings they gave is more than enough for my builder to go for the job.
