Lovely to work with, great job, happy days

After using Lance to fit a roof on our last property, we had no hesitation to contact him again when our new house had a leaking roof. Lance explained the process, provided a fair quote and sourced the bespoke tiles for our green roof. Him and Caine were extremely knowledgeable, professional and did a fantastic job. Lance and his team have done the best job on my roof. They were all very professional, polite and hard working, they didn't hang about at all and finished the job in 3 days to a very high standard. It's just a shame they only do roofs! Definitely recommend Lance and the team to everyone!

Lance and his team have done a fantastic job on our full roof replacement. Lance and his guys arrived early every morning for a week. His communication with me before, during and after the job was very good. The work is tidy, to a very high standard, Lance rectified some issues with our roof angle and explained his plan in laymans so I could understand it. Lance gave me some advice regarding our flue and worked with a flue and cowl fitting team to ensure it was all done properly. The guys he has working for him all seem to really enjoy their work, which shows in the quality of the end result.

It’s always a concern when you need major work carrying out on your property, especially a job as big as a roof replacement. However, L Baldwin roofing made the job totally stress free, Lance (the owner) ensured all materials, scaffold & skips arrived on time and the work site was left clean & tidy at the end of each day. I need a new roof and part flat roof and move the dormant window in the loft moving and relocated it they did an excellent job ,over the moon with it. Couldn’t ask for any more any more , highly recommended over the moon with it.
