  Reliable builders who really know what they are doing.

  We had a new extension for a kitchen and utility room built by Luke and his team. He is a perfectionist when it comes to brickwork with many friends noting how sharp it looks. He had plumbers, electricians, carpenters and plasterers all lined up to complete the build. The 6 month build had a few problems as all extensions do, you never know what you are dealing with until you start digging but Luke and his team were able overcome all the issues. They were on time every morning and very easy to work with which is important when you are still living in the property as the build progresses.

  As always an amazing job done. Very happy with the end result and they left the house so tidy after the work. Friendly, happy, trustworthy company, highly recommended. We will be using them again.

  Leakage from the balcony to the kitchen ceiling

  Luke has responded very fast and professionally from the first moment we contacted him. With his advice we found the root cause of the issue. He provided a fair cost and executed the work when agreed and under high quality standards, keeping us always informed and providing all documents we needed to claim the insurance. I will certainly contact Luke again if I need and I highly recommend him.

  Extension replacing old conservatory

  Highly recommend! We are really pleased with the extension built for us by LB Developments. Work was carried out within the agreed timeframe and budget, and has been done to a really high quality. Luke has been honest, reliable, tidy, has kept us throughly updated throughout the whole build process and has just been a really nice, honest person to work with. He has helped us with other jobs while he has been here too which has been really helpful. We will certainly be using Luke again for any future works we need done. Thank you for making the whole process as stress free as it can be!

  Removal of wall and steel inserted to open up a kitchen diner.

  Like and his team were absolutely brilliant. Luke goes that extra mile and is so happy to help. The work completed was excellent and I have never met such a tidy builder. The house was tidier after he left than before! I would wholeheartedly recommend luke, always on time, happy, quality work delivered and tidy. Couldn’t ask for more.
