  Removal of mould and painting

  Luan was very through and finish was great. Mould was removed carefully and several layers of paint were applied. Also painted shed which is looking better.

  Painting hallway and stairs

  Luan did a lovely job, he prepared and then painted hall, stairs and landing, ceilings, skirting and doors and walls, and gave good advice. Finished to a very high standard, everything left very clean and tidy. Would recommend.

  Fractures on the ceiling below the bathroom upstairs were fixed

  Luan came to find the cause of the fractures and leakage on the ceiling below the bathroom upstair and give suggestions. He explained and started the work. He often updated me the progress. He kept my place clean and tidy after every day's work. The whole project was completed on time professionally.

  Luan contacted us shortly after we added the job, and phoned for a consultation. He visited the next day to give a quote and started work the day after that. Luan was absolutely amazing, and catered for us on a tight schedule. We’re so happy with the work done, and will be booking Luan for more work soon.

  Ceiling cracks fixing and painting

  Luan came to discuss with me and explain how the cracks to be fixed and how the paintwork to be carried out. On the day, he and Liam came and started the work on time. They kept my place clean and tidy during the job. They finished it properly and professionally. My family and I are happy with their work. The cost is reasonable.

  Painting 4 rooms including walls, ceilings and skirtings

  Laurence was quick to reply to my initial enquiry on the website. It was easy to communicate and arrange a quotation. The quote was very fair and all work explained. The job was done to an excellent finish and I was kept up to date and proceedings as I wasn’t staying at the property. The guys are friendly and easy to communicate with. Job was finished slightly ahead of schedule and the rooms left clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend LB Painting and wouldn’t hesitate to call on them for future projects.
