Called when he was on his way so although you get a 4 hr window you do get a call giving you time to get home if you’re not able to get the time off.

She did a very thorough service and made time to make sure that our heating worked and that the pressure in our boiler remained constant at 1 bar. She was very tidy and brought all the equipment she needed. The last two boiler services we had from another company were abysmal and Michelle has restored my confidence. A job very well done. I would highly recommend her and LCA Maintenance to anyone. Thank you so much.
