LCH fitted our non-urgent Worcester boiler service in at our convenience within days of calling them. Their engineer came on schedule, polite and cheery and I had total confidence in their capability and in leaving them to it with access to the garage. They left everything clean and tidy, tightened everything up and generally did a good job. In the past the boiler pressure tap had been left leaking on to my paper and haberdashery pile by another company, who also used our bathroom without asking, which I find rude! I will use LCH again and book them for my inlaws too.

I’ve been using LCH Plumbing for several years now and they are brilliant! Sam in the office is super organised, when she says something is booked, it’s booked. I never have to chase or worry, which is a huge relief when managing multiple properties. Logan, Owen, and Julian are professional, knowledgeable, and always a pleasure to deal with. I trust them implicitly, they quote fairly, carry out work to a consistently high standard, and treat every property with care. It’s rare to find a team that combines reliability, skill and great communication. A genuinely fantastic company to work with.

Easy to get hold of and always quick to respond when needed. On site, clean and tidy, no fuss, get job done and competed as advised. Highly recommended.
