Removed partition wall between kitchen and dining room. Formed downstairs toilet/utility room. Plastered all walls and ceilings. Arranged all electric and plumbing and liaised with kitchen fitters
Ryan and his team were on time every day. His estimate of the time the work would take was spot on. There were no hidden costs added to the original estimate. I felt comfortable leaving them in the house alone all day and they did their best to keep dust etc to a minimum by sealing doorways etc. My Wife and I are delighted with their work and are proud to show off our new kitchen diner. We have no hesitation in recommending Ryan to prospective clients and will happily show them the fantastic job that he and his team have done .. 10/10 on all aspects !! ??

House remodel
I spoke with a number of tradesmen about this job in the beginning and Ryan at LCM Construction stood out by a mile. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and most importantly, came back to me on quotes when he said he would! Him and the team were very polite and worked extremely efficiently to get the job done on time. It was the biggest project we've ever been involved in and, given that we were on holiday for a period of time during the project, Ryan regularly kept in touch with updates on progress. The house looks fantastic and I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Brickwork Pillar erected

Ground work and replacement piping
Completed as per request , builders were on time and reliable , everything was done to a high standard , the workers were polite and tidy and work was completed at original quote price, I would recommend LCM construction to others.

Concrete Base for garage
We had LCM round to do a concrete base for our New Garage, really professional and hard working. They turned up on time and completed the job in the said amount of time and exactly to the price. Very happy!
