Servicing the boiler
Gary and the lady in the office have been great
Replacing a broken tap.
The pleasant office administrator phoned me promptly to inform me of costs and arrange a suitable time. The pricing was perfectly acceptable. The plumber was on time and friendly. However, what was supposed to be a simple tap replacement turned into a much harder job because of unforeseen circumstances. He coped with the problems easily and explained everything that he was doing. The cost of the job was less than expected because he charged me what the original job would have cost. The admin lady invoiced me via email and payment was via BACS. I would certainly use LDA Group again.
Fixing cistern problem and replacing faulty part.
REVIEW:- LDA (Newcastle) Plumber, Ryan, arrived promptly, quickly identified the fault -which required a new part -and explained everything in simple terms. After fitting the part, he adjusted the flow and reduced the noise level which made a great difference. He was focused, hardworking, polite and easy to get on with. On completion, he ensured everything was left tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending LDA for their efficiency and excellent customer service. Thanks also to Bernie (Admin) for her help and advice.
