Replacing handle on sunflex doors
Luke and Jimmy did a great job of replacing the handle - having been told by others we contacted that it wouldn’t be possible and we’d need to replace the whole door. Clearly experienced and expert. Courteous and helpful. Reqlly pleased with the result and felt we got good value for the work. Would use again and recommend.

Front Composite door replacement
This is the 2nd time I’ve used L.D.M Installations, This year, And once again from the first contact, then the quote then the survey and finally the installation, perfect I highly recommend L.D.M Installations, and would use them again.
Adjustment of French doors.
I had the cause of the problem explained and adjustment carried out. I can't yet say how long the fix will last but I believe if further work is required I will be calling LDM in future. Happy with costing and care.
Secure front door ,replace window units
Good communication,reasonably priced ,replacement glazed units ,extra locks to help customer feel secure and did an extra diy job on request thank you for your help and understanding of the job required and making my young person feel safer even though I lived far away regards Amanda (stevenage job)
Double glazed windows not closing correctly
Used LDM for my windows which were not closing correctly leaving gaps. Luke was very professional and even put down dust sheets to get to the room. I have requested further works and very happy to recommend his services.
New Back Door
Used LDM for the installation of a new double glazed back door. Luke was very good at keeping us informed regarding delivery and installation timings The installation was carried out efficiently and Luke tidied up the area when finished.All in all a very good job, and we would use LDM again.

Punctual, Efficent and Courteous
Luke kept informed about visit time, was bang on time. Both Luke and Jimmy did a great job. In this day and age it is unusual to find people who put value on time keeping and communication like Luke does. The work was done efficiently and quickly. I cant recommend enough LDM Installations. I will def be contacting Luke and Jimmy when I replace my doors and windows. Dont bother looking for other people on Checkatrade - these guys know their stuff.
