Had a yearly service done on my combi today. Quick and efficient. Great service from Dean. Would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them in the future.

Dean was quick to respond to our boiler issue and was with snitching an hour on a Saturday night. Diagnosed the problem and got us booked in for the work this coming week.

We badly needed a new stopcock as the one we had was very old and didn't work. Dean came this morning, installed the new stopcock, which didn't take long. This is 2nd time we've used this plumber. Would definately recommend him as he is. On time, very tidy work,and Quick.

I had an issue with the pressure dropping after the heating was on. They checked what the issue was, went and got the part needed to fix the issue and then fixed it and tested that the issue was resolved. Great communication letting me know what would be needed and the price and it was all fixed with in the hour. Friendly and professional. Recommend.

Dean was brilliant. He was able to come round at really short notice when my boiler packed up. He sorted everything out and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. No job is too big or too small for him, and I’d highly recommend FHP!! :)

Dean was professional, honest and easy to deal with from the first phone call. Came out quickly, explained the issue clearly and carried out proper diagnostics rather than just guessing at parts. Really appreciated him taking the time to talk through the possible causes and costs beforehand. Reliable service and would definitely recommend to others looking for a trustworthy heating engineer. Only negative thing I’ll say is that his a team Tottenham fan 😅
