    Amazing service. Really convenient to message through WhatsApp. They arrived early (which is a first in my experience!), found the source of the leak, got the part and fixed the problem - all within 45-60 mins.     Very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with a broadband installation due to a missing valve in the kitchen plumbing and they were very helpful. We ran into an issue in being able to locate the stopcock but once can get Welsh water to tell me where it is I hope they'll be available to help again.
