Delivered on his promise, Completely redid the bathroom. We went on Holiday for weekend and couple of days. Left old tired bathroom came back to 5 star lux bathroom. Wow Wow, 2nd time we have used him. His team are great. Tidy, polite, on time and great communication though out.

The boiler needed replacing, necessitating upgrading my current control system. Kevin assured me he could do this for £7000. It was a disaster – radiators blasted hot air. For months Kevin insisted it was working fine. January 2017 I contacted the original manufacturers. Within days their engineer met with Kevin on site. Result – boiler Kevin had installed incompatible with the system, and pipe work wrongly installed. Manufacturer’s engineer informed him of 2 compatible boilers and explained how to correct pipe work. Kevin said he would correct free of charge, but insisted I paid for items replaced. Kevin kept delaying corrective work. May 2017, – one year after installation he removed boiler but his replacement, being an old model would not fit – newer version would take 2 weeks, he was moving to Devon, he phoned 2nd manufacturer, who allowed him to install their boiler on condition an engineer checked it before use. Plastering, painting and cleaning up was poor, numerous small holes left unfilled, electric wire was left hanging on outside wall, failed to do annual renewal of thermostat batteries, with manufacturer picking up numerous problems. I expect Kevin to refund the money he charged for equipment due to his mistakes and offer reasonable compensation for all problems caused.

Arranged for an appointment for a dripping tap, he did not turn up, called the trader and left a message and no response.
