Cloakroom toilet fitted, shower room leaks fixed, stylish radiators installed.
Paula and her team has transformed the space underneath our stairs into a modern and neat cloakroom toilet, making our life much more convenient. The difficult leaks in our walk-in shower above our kitchen was fixed, a challenging job Paul has well done. 3 new stylish radiators have been installed in our bedrooms and living room, saving spaces and making our work-from-home more comfortable in the winter. She and her team are friendly, punctual and professional, in spite of Covid. She cleans up daily before leaving and keeps the disruption at the minimum.

Fixed washing machine leak
Came round and knew exactly how to fix the issue, knew which parts were needed and did a great job. Was able to use the machine same day and was affordable!

Boiler circuit board replaced
Although Kenny was very polite he was late for our appointment. When I rang him a few minutes after our initial appointment time he said he'd had a mix up of appointments and would be there in about 1hr. He arrived 80mins after original appointment. He was a very efficient and considerate worker. We'd agreed a rate of £60ph on the phone but after he'd done the work in 45mins he said that it would be £70 because it was boiler work which I didn't like or think fair.

Responded really quickly. Realised the boiler was under warranty and immediately set up a call with the manufacturer. Did a quick job with the pressure while he was there
Was very impressed. Could have easily charged me for the job. Was very honest. Would definitely recommend and will use again.
