Jordan was meant to replace our 2 radiators today at 10am. He didn’t show up. This wasn’t a shock as this is the third time he just hasn’t turned up. We gave him the benefit of the doubt after saying he couldn’t make the job (or let us know he couldn’t) because he was at an emergency repair at a nursing home with an inch of water on the floor. It was believable until he used the exact same excuse today. Can’t speak for his work but if you want someone trustworthy or honest, definitely look elsewhere.

Leak caused some damage to kitchen units, replaced the kitchen sink that needed modernising

Found Jordan on check a trade this morning. Spoke to him within an hour and by 11am he had diagnosed and fixed three leaks instead of one and fitted me a new tap. Service was great, pricing was as described and Jordan was a really nice guy. Would recommend highly!

Jordan came as a late replacement after different plumber failed to show up. Clear and accurate pricing. Excellent communication. . Takes pride in the job and pays attention to the small details that turn a good job into a perfect finish. Very clean. Very safe. Very reliable.
