Wow, I've left this review a little late but where do I start, from making a simple enquiry on Check a trade and from the moment I met Tommy, I was overwhelmed by his professionalism and the knowledge he had. He simply listened to what we wanted looked at the job and then discussed, very thoroughly using his experience to discuss the work we wanted and gave us his professional recommendation. In that moment we agreed to use his services and he has been absolutely brilliant since. Roof ridge repairs and chimney repairs
Turned up when they said they would. Job done to a very high standard. Cleaned up nicely afterwards. Four long days of hard work in the roasting sunshine but they got it done without delay. Dry and concrete verges.
I hope you never need a roofer but if you do I cannot imagine you will find anyone better than Tommy Duggan. Firstly, the standard of work was faultless. Secondly, he showed great attention to detail and clearly had a great passion for his trade - he showed great pride in his work. He was very accommodating - only working when was convenient for us which was important as we have a rather sensitive dog! Finally, and perhaps this should have been top of the list - Tommy was such a pleasure to deal with. A thoroughly nice and friendly individual. Replacing a rotten bay window roof
Tom replaced the flat roof on our bay window , which was completely rotten , he turned up in time and carried out the work to a very high standard . The quote he gave was exactly what we paid . After the job was complete he left our property free from all mess . A huge thumbs up for this young man . We would definitely recommend Tom and will 100% use him again , so much so we’ve asked him to price up all our fascias. Rebuild of roof
After having a few astronomical quotes from some companies, Tommy came round with his knowledge, friendliness and advice. He recognised what was wrong with my old roof and where the leaks were coming from. Within a matter of days, we had a date set and he got to work. I was unable to meet him whilst he was doing the work due to my long hours. However, every evening he sent me an update with detailed pictures and explanation.
