Changing over sensors
Steve was very quick to respond when I realised a couple of my sensors were faulty (old probably). I was nervous about waiting too long due to Christmas coming up so he fitted me in within a couple of days. All sorted and no problems since.

Alarm reset
Recently moved into a new home and the previous failed to leave us the alarm code. Stephen very helpfully came round, reset the entire system per our requirements explaining all the various options along the way. Will be asking him back to install CCTV once we've settled in. Thank you Stephen for helping us at such short notice!!

Installation of Alarm System

Installed new cameras around the Sugar Loaves pub.
We had new cameras installed from scratch. Steve made sure all cables were neat and hidden where possible, as well as going the extra mile and also tidying any existing cables too! The picture quality from the cameras is fantastic, and Steve patiently explained how to use playback features, the smartphone app etc. We are so happy with the work, and it has given us and our customers extra peace of mind.

Alarm upgrade plus installation of CCTV
Was having problems with an old alarm plus wanted to increase the amount of security around our home. During the initial survey, Steve explained all our options and I was happy to go with his suggestion of an alarm upgrade plus front and back CCTV. He arrived on time, was very tidy and also ever so patient with me when helping with getting everything connected to my phone. I'm really happy with the work.
