Other works, and the electrics test was carried out. The issues is that he will NOT issue the EICR certificate because he claims the online tool used for this is down! I have been chasing him for weeks and he keeps apologising and keeps saying he will send a hard copy. I need to get a tenant in fast but cannot without certificate, he’s has been made aware but doesn’t seem to change his behaviour. I will have no choice but to rehire another electrician and take him to the small claims court.

Job was to prepare electrics for the kitchen fitters and connecting the appliances and lights in new kitchen afterwards. Very professional, top workmanship. Didn't let me down when I needed an electrician on short notice. Highly recommended.
