We recently used Ledgers Property Services for kitchen tiling and LVT flooring installation in our lounge, and we are extremely pleased with the quality of work. Kyle, who completed the job, was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain the different stages, provided guidance and advice where needed, and made sure we were happy with the progress along the way. The standard of workmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail and a very professional finish. Kyle was approachable, reliable, and easy to communicate with.

Kyle helped us out at very short notice on an issue identified during some external decorating work. Whilst his published skills focus on plumbing, Kyle is clearly a master of many trades as we found out and the carpentry work and support to our decorator in extremely hot conditions he did for us was excellent. Kyle is professional, reliable, punctual, polite, tidy and at all times respected our wishes and property. I would not hesitate to recommend Kyle for any property work.
