I’d placed this job on the site ages ago and promptly forgot about it. Ben contacted me through the site last week and we made the appointment. He was prompt, polite and tidy. We will now use him every year for the service 😀

After deciding to replace our boiler I looked for a local engineer to give us a quote. I was encouraged by a family member to call Ledsham heating as the engineer was refreshingly honest, friendly and hardworking. I can’t recommend Ben at Ledsham heating enough, from the initial quote to the service he provided it felt like he took pride in his work and cared about leaving no stone unturned. He even noticed I had a dripping tap in the kitchen and fixed that at no extra cost! We will definitely be using him again and recommending him to all our friends and family. Thanks Ben
