Excellent communication. Took care of everything and turned up on time to install it in about twenty minutes. Was courteous to my neighbours when accessing via the back of their property to measure up when I was out, which they appreciated. Leeds City Windows (LCW) in July 2024 fitted three exchange windows. They started steaming up. We contacted LCW on a few occasions. He refused to accept that his windows supplied were inferior to ones we have installed by other traders. He stated it was part of the new building regulations. We spoke to FENSA who stated no such building regulations applied in our case. I would have expected LCW to be a member of the Double Glazing & Conservatory Ombudsman Scheme (DGOS). The glass that has been installed is new thermal glass you asked for glass to be fitted that let's heat out of your house you can't get glass like that. The windows are steaming up on the outside this can't be helped!!!

The silicone seal on my windows had began to split and come away and I needed it all replacing. Adam quoted a very reasonable price for the work and came out and completed the work within a few days of asking.
