Kind and knowledgeable
Just wanted to give a shout-out to Jordan for being so helpful today. He had completed some work just before Xmas but I had an issue with something and he took the time and trouble to visit. It turned out the problem wasn’t anything to do with the work he had done previously and offered some good advice. Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. We will aim to get to you within 30 minutes of the call. Almost all of our emergency leaks are found and fixed within 2 hours!
