Contacted responded in less than 1/2 hr, explained was 2 x cleans of sofas 1 Bradford, 1 Leeds Excellant communication, pictures sent prices received Sons done first, looked like new after work completed he very happy Few days later did mine, no lift in block so had to carry some equipment up 34 stairs on a very hot humid day, I went out for a few hours to let him crack on, my sofa came up lovely, he also cleaned a rug that I had for over 6 years, all I will say is will not leave it that long next time Nice guy, friendly, polite, professional knows his stuff, will use again
