I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I hired this company specifically to fix a roof leak, and I was told clearly that the work carried out would stop the leak. Unfortunately, the leak continued in the exact same place, and when I contacted them about it, I didn’t receive the level of responsibility or support I expected.
Instead of standing by their original assurance, I was told that further work would be at an extra cost. This was never mentioned before the job, and if I had been told the repair wasn’t guaranteed to fix

Thanks for your feedback. I attended first thing Monday after being contacted over the weekend for an urgent repair, On arrival it was clear the roof was in poor condition due to previous workmanship. I carried out a £250 repair to the visible defects ,explaining that I hoped it would help but that the leak could be tracking from elsewhere due to the overall state of roof.
When the leak continued, I offered to return and investigate other areas, at an additional cost. To resolve the matter fairly, I issued a full refund, but a negative review stil left, im honest,Kind and my clients come first
