He gave me a fixed price quote to remove an old, and install a new bathroom suite. Despite agreeing a fixed price, he kept giving me receipts for additional kit, would come for half a day and charge me his daily rate (which meant the job overran) but worse of all, when the shower started leaking, he refused to answer his phone. So very bad at plumbing and not a genuine person at all. Photos available of the mess.

Really impressed with Lee today! Managed to fix the problem quickly, was polite and professional. If we ever need help again I won’t hesitate to contact Lee again.
