Employed to clean moss of roof which was carried out then were informed other possible jobs required doing at this stage felt we were put under pressure I did agree to have the ridge tiles repointed after price kept being reduced, but not roof felt replacing( later confirmed by another builder this was not necessary). The pressure & price reducing should have put up red flags but unfortunate did not. This work was carried out in July 2025 & the mortar on the ridge tiles is now falling out. A neighbour also had similar experience.

The work was done last month, I'm so happy with their work, came on time, got guaranteed for 10 year,I had a free quitering done as well.

Very user friendly company .efficient staff from beginning to end .fully explained everything before, during and after work was completed . All was fully quoted. Arrived when they said they would .would thoroughly recommend.
