Within just over 12 hours, my issue was fixed! Mark replied instantly to my initial enquiry, was able to advise what was wrong with my locking mechanism and offered to come out same day - thankfully it wasn’t an emergency but such a fantastic service to have the option for 24 hour service. Great communication throughout, he arrived promptly, on time, shared his wealth of knowledge and showed me how to properly look after my locking system. Replaced the fault with no issues and explained what had happened. So reliable and a trustworthy service. 10/10 will use again and recommend to all.
