We received a superb level of service from Leigh. He did a great job replacing the lock and ensured the door opened as smoothly as possible. Communication was also excellent from start to finish and he was really friendly and professional. This is the first time we have used Leigh's Locks and we were very impressed. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Needed urgent repair for a door that had stopped locking. Posted details on App and a few responded quickly. I checked relative costs and these were similar. Leigh's Locks stood out as the easiest and most straight forward to deal with. They were flexible to agree a suitable time to carry out repair. Arrived on time and pleasant. Explained what they were doing and why. Clearly looked for best way to fix or replace items as needed - not just a case of fast replacement at cost and out the door - knew what they were doing and left everything clean and tidy and fixed - Thank you.
