10Verified ReviewLeo followed up on my checkatrade request. He called ahead and came to the house to see the issue. For whatever reason my husband and I weren't able to remove the charging wire, Leo gave the wire a jiggle and a tug and it came straight out for him. He provided an labour estimate for when we choose to replace the charger unit (which is just over 5yrs old) but did not charge a call out fee for taking the wire out.
