BT installed a smart meter last week & reported that tests showed a gas leak in our boiler. I emailed L E Plumbing the BT findings, and Luke came to our house later that day. He located the gas leak in a faulty valve, shut the boiler down for safety reasons, and said he would be round to fit the new valve ASAP - he completed the job and a full service within a few days, the boiler now runs like new.

I LE plumbing regarding a faulty central heating diverter valve. Got straight through to Luke (no 'hope for an answer phone call back'). He came round within an hour to assess the problem. He returned a couple of hours later with the replacement part. All sorted within less than five hours of the original call. Quickly invoiced with a reasonable price. Brilliant! couldn't ask for more. Luke and James did an amazing job of refitting and tiling our bathroom. Everything was completed to a high professional standard, and the job (which was very tricky) was completed on time. We were very happy with the work. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
