Repairs to a pitched roof and flat roof above a dormer window
Lee was excellent both in the quality of the work and his relationship with us. He responded to the request on Checkatrade very quickly, came out and assessed the job and gave us a quote. The atrocious weather delayed the start. It became clear that the previous ineffective repair work we'd had done was very poor quality, which meant that Lee had more extensive work to do than first thought, but he stuck to the original quote. He kept us informed, kept a photographic record, and was meticulous throughout. We were very impressed - restored our faith in roofers! Wouldn't hesitate to use him aga

Lee was very friendly, helpful and punctual. Great communication and very clean/tidy job. Would certainly use again (not that I'll need it with the quality of his work), and wouldn't hesitate to suggest his services.

Chimney flashing replacement, pointing and new cowel
I cannot rate Lee highly enough. Was not the easiest of job, and an issue with supplies (tiles) to finish the work off. But, completed the job to a high standard over 3 days, travelling over an hour each day. He kept us informed of progress throughout, took a few pictures so we could see the issues initially, and then during the work itself - most people won't want to go on the roof to see first hand ! A very reasonable quote which Lee stuck too. Lee is also very personable, conscientious and informative, as well as reliable. You will not be disappointed in any roofing work he does.

Roof repair - hole in roof
Lee was an absolute gentleman! Honest and wasn't there to sell me a brand new roof like the previous company. He was there to sort the issue I had. Lee contacted me as soon as I raised the job on Checkatrade. He came within a few hours, assessed the issue, went and got some replacement tiles and fixed it. Lee also highlighted a couple of other things which I appreciated and was honest enough to tell me it wasn't urgent. Something which I'll get done later... I've asked Lee to do some more work for me on my porch. 100% recommend!!
