    New thumb turn Ultion lock installed.

    I reached out and requested a new Ultion thumb lock to be supplied and fitted and this was handled both courteously and professionally on the same day. The fit was done and I’m very satisfied. No fuss and even better was the ability to pay by card which saves so much hassle.

    Fix window lock as it’s not locking properly

    Excellent, mark’s communication was excellent and it’s sth we really value as we encountered so many other ppl who just ghosted us which is very annoying. The job was completed promptly and quickly as well.

    LOCK AND HANDLE REPLACEMENT

    Our tilt and turn patio door would not lock so I messaged Let Me In on the checkatrade ap. the guy came out that day and said Our handle was broken. He sourced a new one and came back 4 days later to replace the handle. It was quite awkward and he was there for a good hour until it was sorted. Overall he was efficient and very communicative. he did not take any payment until the work was fully completed. would definitely recommend
