We received a quote for £12,450 to install a heat pump, change 2 radiators and change our pipework to 15mm. The work was completed mid-May 2024 Short version, we contacted them frequently for 2 years. had the manufacturer (Vaillant) visit twice, their reports said there were many things wrong with our installation. Eventually we paid someone else to fix the installation faults and for the last 7 months it has works perfectly. Made an appointment then didn't show up

Starting from the initial visit to quote for the work and understand our needs, the communication was very good. On installation day the guys were very polite, tidy and kept us well informed. Installing split Air Con for two rooms
Installling air conditioning in your home can be a challenge, which we found with another company previously. Let's Heat had great reviews on Checkatrade, so a good starting point. Mo and his Let's Heat Team were a revelation. On time, courteous, and the installation was very professionally completed. Mo uses the best top quality brand, and they took great care to minimise the appearance, both externally and internally. The install really looks as good as possible.
